Last updated: January 1, 2025

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PrintLedger. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into a contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

2. Subscriptions & Billing
  • Paid plans are billed via Stripe on a recurring basis (monthly unless otherwise stated).
  • By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until canceled.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in the Billing Portal.
  • Taxes may apply depending on your location.
3. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel at any time; service continues until the end of the current period. Refunds are not guaranteed, but we’ll consider good-faith requests where required by law.

4. Acceptable Use
  • No unlawful, infringing, or harmful activity.
  • No attempts to disrupt or circumvent security or service integrity.
  • No unauthorized sharing or reselling of the service.
5. Ownership & License

You retain ownership of your content (items, filaments, usage data). We may process your content solely to provide and improve the service. PrintLedger, its brand, code, and design are our intellectual property.

6. Service Changes

We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where possible. If a change materially reduces core functionality, you may cancel your subscription without penalty.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor the accuracy of calculated metrics.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your operating jurisdiction (specify your state/country). Venue and jurisdiction shall be in the courts located there.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
